"I found the experience with Ana very pleasant. She was very kind and explained what we were going to be doing. She asked me for my input and offered advise when I was unsure what I wanted to do or which colour. She showed me some samples and had a great eye for the right colour to match my skin. She kept me included every step of the way and kept checking if I was okay while she worked. She had a very light hand and was very thorough making sure my brows were even and complete. She left me with after care and instructions and I feel confident on how to manage my healing. Looking forward to my touch up and I love my brows.
