Cancellation policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policy:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if at least 72 hours’ notice is given.
If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full appointment being charged, and future bookings may require full payment upfront.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, depending on availability.
Payments can be made by card or cash.
